Well now, Samsung should be kicking themselves. Spanish tablet maker is NT-K, just won a lawsuit that Apple has filed against them. NT-K made an Android tablet and then Apple came in a said they were infringing on their iPad design.
Well NT-K proved that their tablet was not infringing on Apple's patents or design and are now COUNTER-SUING Apple for anti-competitive behavior.
Ever since the iPhone Apple has been throwing their weight around, suing all sorts of Android device manufacturers for infringement. They've even said that they copied the overall look of the iPad. How does that hold up in court? The LOOK of the device is grounds for a lawsuit? How are you supposed to make a tablet then? That's the equivalent to a utensil company suing another because they made a knife. No shit, that's how it's supposed to look otherwise it wouldn't be a knife then, it'd be a spoon or or fork.
But anyway, this small little company won the infringement lawsuit and hopefully they win the counter-suit. Anyone with a brain can tell that what Apple is doing is anti-competitive behavior. It really doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out, but apparently the court systems need to get a brain from the Wizard of Oz because they can't fucking see that.
